[Exclusive] iQOO Neo 7 Indian variant retail box revealed through live images ahead of launch


The iQOO Neo 7 5G is confirmed to come with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC instead of the Mediatek Dimensity 9000+ SoC found in the China version. The handset is likely to boot Android 13 OS and feature an AMOLED display.

iQOO Neo 7 retail box shows the phone’s branding on the top portion and the iQOO logo. Another image has the side-view of the box, with iQOO Neo 7 5G text. Unfortunately, the back portion of the retail box, which probably would have revealed more details about the price and other details, is under wraps at the moment.

iQOO Neo 7 has a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 19.8:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 2000Hz instant touch sampling rate, 1.07 billion colours, DCI-P3 colour gamut, and up to 1500nits brightness. The upcoming Neo-branded phone is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity MediaTek Dimensity 8200 with ARM Mali-G610 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

The phone runs on Android 13 with OriginOS Ocean and is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, an infrared sensor, stereo speakers, and USB Type-C audio.

The iQOO Neo 7 has triple cameras on the back, comprising a 64MP camera with OIS, LED flash, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.

Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C, and NFC. The iQOO Neo 7 packs a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
