Samsung had been teasing the launch of the upcoming Galaxy A-series smartphones in India on its website for a few days now and the company is set to launch the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G and Samsung Galaxy A23 5G smartphones in India on January 18th.
Recently, the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G specifications were revealed via a leaked poster in India. However, 120Hz display, AI-powered battery, triple rear camera setup, and OIS features are a few of the specifications mentioned by Samsung in the teaser available on the company’s webpage. Samsung Galaxy A14 5G specifications
Last week, the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G was launched for the European and American markets at CES 2023. The handset flaunts a 6.6-inch LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. It is powered by the Exynos 1330 processor and runs on Android 13-based One UI 5.0 out of the box with two major Android updates.
It packs a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support and includes 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB internal storage options along with a microSD card slot. Connectivity features include 5G, Dual-SIM, Wi-Fi 5, GPS, Bluetooth 5.1, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Moving to optics, the Galaxy A14 5G is houses a 50MP primary rear camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. A 13MP snapper on the front will take care of selfie and video calling needs.

The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G was officially launched by the company six months ago and flaunts a 6.6-inch Full HD+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The handset packs a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support and includes 6GB/8GB RAM, 64GB/128GB storage options along with a microSD card slot. It is powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset. Connectivity features include 5G, Dual-SIM, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a Type-C USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Moving to optics, the Galaxy A23 5G houses a 50MP rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) feature, a 5MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. An 8MP camera on the front takes care of the selfie and video calling needs.
