Samsung Galaxy S23 Geekbench listing shows the phone will run on Android 13 OS out of the box, which is quite expected from a 2023 flagship. The motherboard section mentions ‘Kalama’, which is associated with the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC and the clock speed mentioned is 3.36GHz, which means it is the overclocked version of the chipset.

Moving along from the chipset, the Samsung Galaxy S23 will pack 8GB RAM, but there could be other options like 12GB at launch. That’s pretty much everything that is revealed from the Geekbench listing.
