Motorola Moto Edge 30 launch date in India, availability
The Motorola Moto Edge 30 is set to go official in India on Thursday, May 12th. The company will likely hold an online launch event that will begin at 12 PM IST. The smartphone will go on sale through Flipkart, Reliance Digital and leading retail outlets in India.
Motorola Moto Edge 30 specifications
The Moto Motorola Moto Edge 30 is equipped with a 6.5-inch FHD+ pOLED 10-bit display that supports up to a 144Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. The screen features a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera.
Powering the Moto smartphone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ chipset. The 6nm 5G processor is paired with 6GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
The smartphone ships with Android 12 out of the box and Motorola promises 3 years of security and assured Android 13 and Android 14 updates.
In the camera department, the Moto Edge 30 features a triple system that includes a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens that can also double up as a macro lens, and a depth sensor. A 32MP camera on the front handles selfies and video calls.
The Motorola Moto Edge 30 packs a 4,020mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging technology. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB Type-C port, and NFC. Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, USB Type-C Audio, stereo speakers, and Dolby Atmos support.
Motorola Moto Edge 30 price in India (expected)
The official price of the Motorola Moto Edge 30 will be revealed later this week. However, you can expect the phone to cost somewhere between Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000, based on its pricing in Europe. To recall, the phone was launched for EUR 449.99 outside (approx Rs 36,000).
